Summary: When first building/deploying a VxRail appliance the customer has more than 4 nodes but only 4 are showing up to be built

| Issue | Only 4 nodes are showing up on VxRail manager during an initial build. |
| Cause | When initially building/deploying the VxRail appliance only 4 nodes are showing up to build the appliance with. Once the appliance has completed building the initial 4 nodes you can add each of the subsequent nodes with the add node procedure. You can only add one node at a time. It is recommended that after you only power on the nodes as needed. So power on four nodes to start and then power on each node you need to add to the appliance one at a time. |
| Resolution | Build with four nodes and then add each node individually after that. As of version 4.0.100 this is no longer a limitation. |
