| Instructions | This procedure can help when one or more nodes are reporting as N/A on the physical page of the VxRail Manager GUI.  First, reset the BMC's of each node that is reporting as N/A by ssh-ing to the node and then running the following two commands: 1. # /tmp/vspexblue/bin/ipmitool sel clear (This command clears all the logs make sure you have the log bundle before running it.) 2. # /tmp/vspexblue/bin/ipmitool mc reset cold Second, hit the refresh button located at the top right of the VxRail Manager Physical Health View webpage. (Note: may have to click it up to 3 times before the node appears correct) |
