Issue	VxRail Manager VMDK was deleted rendering the VxRail Manager inaccessible and unusable.
Cause
Resolution	All VxRail configs and databases live in VxRail Manager. Therfore VxRail Manager is not redeployable. The only way to recover is to reimage / reset the appliance.
