| Cause | Cables are connected to the wrong ports for this VxRail appliance. On the server run a "esxcfg-nics -l". As you can see below, in this site customer is only planning on using 2 x 10Gb ports, but the vmnic4 & vmnic5 are connected and the vmnic0 & vmnic1 are down or disconnected.  |
| Resolution | Connect the cables to the vmnic0 & vmnic1 ports of the VxRail servers. For more information on the VxRail networking setup please review the VxRail Network Guide.
